Who we are
Lavisho Group is the authorized importer and distributor of Karmarts (Thailand) beauty brands in Bangladesh, operating this website and fulfilling orders from our Dhaka warehouse.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors, and to cancel or refund any order where a listing was materially wrong.
Payment
We accept cash-on-delivery, bKash and Nagad. Prepaid orders qualify for the discount shown at checkout. Failed or unpaid COD deliveries may result in future orders being restricted to prepaid only.
Shipping and returns
Delivery timelines and fees are set out on the Shipping page. Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns policy.
Authenticity
Every product we sell is imported directly from Karmarts Thailand. Batch and authenticity codes can be checked on our verification page. Counterfeit claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery with the original packaging.
Accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse of our returns policy, or violations of these terms.
Intellectual property
All brand names, logos, product images and copy remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce our catalog for commercial resale without written permission.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for allergic reactions where you did not follow the product's usage instructions or patch-test guidance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka.
