7-day return window

Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (minus the original shipping fee). Products must be in their original packaging with tamper seals intact.

Damaged or wrong item?

If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong SKU, message us on WhatsApp with a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement and pickup — no return-shipping cost to you.

What we can't accept

• Opened or used skincare, makeup and haircare (hygiene reasons)
• Items received more than 7 days ago
• Products marked as final sale on the product page
• Free gifts and promotional items

How refunds are issued

• bKash / Nagad orders → refunded to the paying wallet within 3 business days of pickup.
• Cash-on-delivery orders → refunded via bKash or bank transfer within 5 business days.

How to start a return

1. Message us on WhatsApp (button bottom-right) with your order number and reason.
2. We'll confirm eligibility and schedule courier pickup within 24 hours.
3. Your refund is processed once the item passes inspection at our Dhaka warehouse.
